Most recently (as in my last two jobs), as you know, I’ve been in the food industry. Now that I’ve finally decided on what my goal in life to achieve before I die is that I want to own my own restaurant. I was asked this very same question when I applied for the lunch lady job. My response was simple: “I may not be the best qualified candidate for the job like these other ladies next to me (group interviews suck, by the way, just saying), but I work hard at what I do and getting my foot in here gets my foot into the food industry, where, eventually, I want to run my own restaurant. I love cooking and being around kids

Ah, but they do. If they didn’t want you to work there, they wouldn’t have called you for an interview.

I’m fairly certain the interviewer would have a hard time answering that. Maybe not: “We Don’t” is pretty easy to say, now that I think about it.

Bill, Thanks for stopping by. The whole experience, every step of the way, has been a process story on what not to do. There were so many opportunities to make it better and they missed every opportunity. First, by misunderstanding the issues, then by missing the opportunity to make it right.

Thanks for your comments. Hopefully companies will see that it’s not technology, but people, who solve issues for consumers and it’s not hard to rectify consumer’s complaints when you take a moment to listen first.
