Ok. Really it’s Crown Point at the top of the Columbia River Gorge. I had to travel to Hood River today for work. Everytime I have to drive out there, I really want to drive to the top of Highway 30 just to take a look around. In the winter it’s pretty cold and windy, so I didn’t. Here’s a photo I took once upon a time.
Thanks for the up close! I haven’t been that way recently but my son, who moved to Oregon sent several photos of this from below and I wondered what it looked like….now on my list for “places to visit” when we move in a couple years when hubby retires.
