Quote of the Day – Dorothea Kent on Sleep

I went to bed really early last night, I also slept like the dead, i don’t recall waking up at all, hardly even so to my alarm. So I thought it would be a great time to quote someone on the goodness of great sleep. This is one of the best ones I found.

A man ninety years old was asked to what he attributed his longevity. ‘I reckon,’ he asid, with a twinkle in his eye, ‘It’s because most nights I went to bed and slept when I should have sat up and worried.’ – Dorothea Kent
