One of my favorite poems is titled: “Footprints in the Sand.” If you’re not familiar, the poem it talks about a person’s walk with God and at times there are two footprints and at times there are only one. “When there are only one,” says God, “that’s when I carried you.” I feel this way about my friends and my relationships. We lean on each other when we need to, when we have moments where our knees are too weak and our hands are shaking too much…
So when I saw this scene, I knew I had to snap a photo of it. Notice how some of the paths run parallel to each other and some cross and some never touch, yet, they’re all together in some parts…
Go where your path takes you, and take some friends along for the ride. 🙂
