Quote of the Day – Without a sense…

Without a sense of place the work is often reduced to a cry of voices in empty rooms, a literature of the self, at its best poetic music; at its worst a thin gruel of the ego. – William Kennedy

This quote caught my eye. As they all do. I’m hoping to remember to post a new quote again, day by day. I spoke with a friend who mentioned they missed these. So, I’m trying to go back to posting them. I found a little motivation in these quotes, too.
