A walk across the Hawthorne Bridge at night provided this great photo, and with a little photo-editing, I made it a little more artistic. I hope you enjoy it! 🙂
The Hawthorne Bridge, on a sunny day, and the mechanism that makes it lift. Just thought the color balance was interesting. I hope you think so, too! A little red, white and blue to brighten your day.
This photo was taken of the grated surface of the Hawthorne Bridge deck. While the colors are modified, the interesting thing I find about this photo is just it’s random nature of it.
Today’s photo of the day is from the Eastbank Esplanade in Portland, Oregon. Looking west towards downtown Portland you see the waterfront, rose festival and Tom McCall Waterfront Park. 🙂
From a sunny day walk on Portland’s East bank Esplanade, this look into Downtown Portland provided a great view of the Hawthorne bridge and the Willamette River.
