Saw this on my walk to work today. Fall’s comin’.
I took this photo walking around where I work, I’m always in awe of how close Mt. Hood looks when you’re in Portland. A massive mountain..
From a trip to Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Washington. Walking along a nature trail, alongside a golf course, on a beautifully sunny day. Who could resist taking a photo like this?
I took this on a particularly sunny day and while I had a little bit of fun with the editing, I thought it was nice to showcase these flowers sprouting out of the sea of green. I hope you enjoy it.
Taken on my way into work this morning. A great moment with a little sunshine, some clouds and some trees standing guard. With a little softening up, this photo turned out pretty nice I think.
Wow. It was raining hard when I took this photo. I couldn’t see through the window as the rain was coming down so hard it was difficult to make out the tree in the distance. These aren’t April showers, they’re May downpours.
Today’s photo from the Columbia River Gorge, shows the waterfall, as seen through the trees. There’s something special about this shot.
Looking up into the sky, I caught this beautiful sight. While it wouldn’t look nearly as exciting in color – well, maybe the blue skies behind it would have – I thought, in black and white, it was striking and enjoyable.
Today’s photo comes from a winter hike in the Columbia River Gorge. Having posted a “moss on a rock” photo before, I thought it was time to see it again. 🙂
Taken in the Columbia River Gorge, while hiking some waterfall trails. I couldn’t help but notice the vibrance of the colors found in this frame. The stark lines and the soft clouds. I’m particularly proud of this shot. 🙂 What do you think? Is it a memorable one?
